7 anti-cellulite tips!

Tired of your orange peel ? You've tried everything and you've even ruined (s) in creams or-called "miracles" without any success?
Here are good tips to fight against cellulite !

CELLULITE, WHAT IS IT?

Cellulite is actually a  cluster of cells, the storage capacity is saturated. The circulation is therefore less well, and toxins tend to accumulate, causing the famous ”  orange peel “.

There are different types of cellulite :

The fat cellulite , often linked to excess weight, the skin is soft, it does not hurt when pinched. It is found mainly on the hips, stomach and buttocks.

The aqueous cellulite , cellulite is often thin girls who do not do sports or have poor circulation. It is found everywhere: on the arms, thighs, calves, ankles …

The mixed cellulite , which is a mixture of the first two types of cellulite and which is a very frequent event. It refers to all body parts.

The fibrous cellulite , which is the hardest cellulite to remove , because it is the one that has been present for a long time. The skin is very sensitive, even painful pinch. It is mainly found on the thighs and knees.

7 CELLULITE TIPS

1. DRINK LEMON WATER!

We can never have enough: we must hydrate!This will help to eliminate toxins from your body: so drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day

The lemon has more of interestingdraining and diuretic. Here is a good habit: drink every morning a glass of water with a little lemon juice (preferably organic).

2. DRINK GREEN TEA

The green tea  is a true ally against cellulite. Feel free to drink  at least one cup a day great !

3. AVOID SNACKING

It is no secret that snacking promotes fat accumulation and thus cellulite  ! In fact, we tend to prefer high fat snacks, too sweet, too salty when our desires snacking …

If you have this bad habit, Dr. BB advise you to eat better meals (including favoring protein , animal or plant) to be satiated longer and be able to wait for the next meal.

4. OPT FOR ANTI-CELLULITE FOODS

Some foods are allies in your fight against cellulite, thanks to their antioxidant powers and their ability to eliminate toxins . Learn to recognize:

  • the fruits , including red fruits and citrus fruits: strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, orange, pear, papaya, banana, grape, orange, grapefruit, lemon …
  • the vegetables : celery, leeks, carrots, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, artichoke, fennel, eggplant, onions …
  • the nuts ;
  • the fatty fish : sardines, mackerel, salmon …
  • the olive oil ;
  • the cider vinegar ;
  • the parsley ;
  • the oats and chia .

5. MAKE SPORTS

Make at least 30 minutes of sport per day ! This is the most effective method against cellulite . If you do not have time to go in for sports clubs or gyms, choose the stairs instead of the elevator, walking rather than the bus … There are plenty of tips to get you to not stand still all day.

6. PROMOTE BLOOD CIRCULATION

If you are subject to poor blood circulation, avoid wearing tight clothing at the waist and legs, as well as too hot baths that dilate veins. Prefer heeled andchange stances regularly , especially if you work sitting

7. DO MASSAGES

Learn how to perform daily massages simple and focused on your thighs, buttocks, bellies … to remove your cellulite and  drain the tissues . This is the technical rolling massage ! You can use a massage oil to facilitate the massage.
